Magic Leap One AR headset
Google-backed augmented-reality startup, the Magic Leap One
Creator Edition AR headset is all set to be released in 2018. The website
describes it is “built for creators who want to change how we experience the
world.” The forthcoming AR headset includes a set of Lightwear smart glasses, a
battery pack belt and a controller. As per reports, the initial AR headset will
be priced at $1,500-$2,000.
Ataribox gaming console
Atari is planning to make a comeback with a new retro gaming
system – Ataribox. ‘The Classic is Back, With a New Attitude, according to its
website. The device will have its own AMD customized processor with Radeon
Graphics technology. It will run on Linux OS, making it capable of playing both
classic Atari games as well as new titles. The system was first unveiled in
June 2017. Atari is expected to be released in the second quarter of 2018 and
the pricing is still believed to be between $250 and $300.
Oculus Go VR headset
VR proved itself in 2017. Facebook’s new virtual reality
headset (VR) called “Oculus Go” scheduled for early 2018 at a
starting price of $199. Unlike its predecessor “Oculus Rift”, this VR
headset doesn’t need a plugging into a smartphone or a personal computer to
function. “Our first standalone product is “Oculus Go” — the
easiest way to jump into VR,” as per the company statement.
Google Clips
Google Clips is
a hands-free camera that takes photos for you. The AI-powered Google Clips
camera is coming soon and will be priced at $249. Clips comes with 16GB of
onboard storage, it takes pictures for you and also recognize your pet too
using machine learning to recognize and learn faces and look for interesting
moments to record. There is no requirement of an internet connection or a phone
to work for Google Clips.

HomePod
Apple is
planning to launch a new smart speaker with Siri. The Apple HomePod was
originally slated for release in December 2017 at a price of $349. The wireless
speaker is now coming into the market in early 2018. Homepod will give a tough
competition to other smart speakers from Amazon, including the Echo and Sonos.

The device is currently available for preorders at a discounted price of
$149, and may go up to $249 after its release. Karma Black is exclusive because
the device will make your online activity anonymous and encrypted. According to
the company, Karma Black is designed to protect your identity and valuable
personal information while browsing the internet.
